FEATURES

Air Filters, Inc. manufactures auto roll air filters for all popular automatic roll machines. Our auto roll air filters are designed to directly replace the original equipment filters with no modification. Auto roll air filters are available in both fiberglass and polyester media.

CONSTRUCTION

Air Filters, Inc. auto roll air filters are made with high quality fiberglass and polyester media. Our wide variety of cores meet exacting standards to assure easy installation into existing original equipment. A heavy duty kraft paper leader and trailer is sewn to the media on our auto roll air filters allowing for easy installation. Each roll is sealed in a plastic bag, that keeps new rolls clean, prevents the adhesive from absorbing into the carton, and can be used as a healthful way of disposing the used roll.

APPLICATIONS

Air Filters, Inc. auto roll filters are used by industrial facilities, commercial buildings, government installations, schools and universities. Whether the automatic roll machine is vertical or horizontal, Air Filters, Inc. media are available on cores designed to fit all major manufactures roll machines.

FF CORE:

Designed to fit Commercial "Fulflo" and Mine Safety Appliance machines. Core consists of 3" I.D. fiberboard tube with drive pin 2 1/2" from one end.

FR CORE:

Designed to fit Farr "Roll Kleen". Core consists of 2 1/8" I.D. fiberboard tube. No drive pin, discs or cups.

CAM CORE:

Designed to fit Cambridge "Electroaire". core consists of 3/4" metal pipe. No end plates unless specified on order.

CON CORE:

Designed to fit Continental "Conomanual" or "Conomatic". Core consists of 3" I.D. fiberboard tube with a drive pin 2 1/2" from one end of core. Also available in metal core.

AM CORE:

Designed to fit Airmaze "Roll-A-Maze". Core consists of 1 7/8" I.D. fiberboard tube with metal cup recessed 5/8" in each end. A rectangular slot, 1 1/2" x 3/4", is stamped in each cup.

T CORE:

Designed to fit Trane company "Roll Filter". core consists of 2 - 7/16" I.D. fiberboard tube with metal cup in each end, recessed 1 1/2". A 1 1/2" square is stamped in each cup.

A CORE:

Designed to fit American Air Filter "Roll-A-Matic". Core consists of 3/4" I.D. metal pipe with metal end plates approximately 11" in diameter attached on each end.
