Honeycomb Carbon Air Filters Quote

For maximum air flow using carbon pellets, we usually recommend a Honeycomb Carbon Filter (HC).

Using a form of expanded kraftboard to give a more open carbon filter, allowing a lower pressure drop. Encased in a galvanized frame and still using bulk carbon, this filter is highly effective for removing VOCs and controlling odors. These are custom-made to order, so any size is available.

Refillable Carbon Trays

Bulk carbon is always the best for removing VOCs from a manufacturing process or PetroChem industry.

RCTs use bulk carbon for removal of odors, gases and VOC. These filters are produced at AFI using a stainless, aluminum, or galvanized frame. A perforate face guard holds the pellets in.

Standard carbon or impregnated carbon, potassium or a blend can be added to any filter for specific applications.

Each filter is made to order, so any size is available. Standard channel thickness is 1/2, 7/8, 1 7/8

Carbon Pads

Carbon pads are made of non-woven polyester, impregnated with finely ground, activated carbon. Carbon pads are great for temporary solutions to odor removal.

They are also reasonably priced compared to full-sized filters.

This product is ideal for range hoods, air cleaners/purifiers, and covering HVAC units. Available in cut pads or rolls. Material thick nesses are 1/8 1/4 & 1/2.

Bulk Carbon

Bulk carbon comes in extruded pellets or chips. This material is recommended for removal of odors and gases in a wide range of applications. Available in activated virgin carbon, impregnated or potassium.
