Dust Collector Cartridges

Air Filters, Inc. is pleased to offer a full line of Industrial Dust Collector Cartridges. Our new 18,000 Sq. Ft. facility is totally dedicated to Cellulose Panels, Dust Collector Cartridges, Reverse Pulse, Air Intake and Turbine Filters.

Dust collector cartridges come in a variety of shapes, sizes and media styles. Dust collector cartridges are available in galvanized, aluminum and stainless steel components customized to meet your filtration requirements. Media Dust Collector Cartridges styles available include: cellulose, cellulose/polyester blend, spunbond polyester, and polyester felt. Spunbond polyester is available with a water/oil resistant treatment, fire retardant, aluminized or PTFE coated.

REVERSE PULSE DUST COLLECTOR CARTRIDGES

Reverse pulse dust collector cartridges are used in gas turbine air intake systems, as well as freestanding dust collector systems. Air Filters, Inc. dust collector cartridges are constructed with metal end plates, a one piece molded gasket and expanded metal around both the inside and outside of the filter. A spiral glue bead around the outside of the Dust Collector Cartridges ensures pleat locking to add security to the filter in critical conditions.

Reverse pulse dust collector cartridges can also be used in stand alone systems, which are available with outside banding or no outer wrap for ease of pulsing the filters clean. Filters are available with standard cellulose media, 80/20 blend, fire retardant additives or custom media requirements.

INDUSTRIAL AIR INTAKE FILTERS

Air Filters, Inc. constructs industrial air intake filters with metal ends and one-piece die cut gaskets. Polyester felt media is pleated between an epoxy-coated screen which is secured to an expanded metal core to ensure stability for demanding conditions. These filters are typically used on compressor air intakes as well as large engines, however they can also be used in process applications and in line air filters.
