100 Mesh Stainless Filters

• Size - 24 x 24 x 2
• Frame - 24 Ga. galvanized with mitered corners
• Media - 100 mesh stainless steel plated between two layers of 18 x 16 Mesh epoxy coated aluminum.
• Support - 18 Ga. flat expanded galvanized steel on air entry and exit
• Sealant - Cured Plastisol adhesive
• Efficiency - Absolute pore opening of 100 mesh screen = 140 micron. Estimated test results are: 98% on 50 micron, 90% on 20 micron, 80% on 10 micron.

High temperature air filters can withstand all types of the harsh elements. Our filters can also be made out of materials that can be washed and reused many times to save you thousands of dollars.

Air Filters, Inc. offers High Temperature Air Filters made of stainless steel for demanding conditions. This panel, as shown, has 100 mesh stainless steel pleated and potted into the one piece roll formed frame with expanded stainless steel on entry & exit for protection. These durable filters can be operated at extremely high velocities with minimum pressure drop and are available from 7/8" thickness to 6" thickness. High Temperature Air Filters are available from 60 mesh stainless to 400 mesh stainless.

This filter is designed for high-velocity applications with low pressure drop. This item may be used as a pre-filter for high efficieny filters. it is spark and abrasion resistant. This product is washable and sustains high temperatures.

These filters may be cleaned by reverse flowing air or washing with water.

Available in all stainless steel consruction or with varying amounts of total media square footage.

Food grades are available.
