Lifetime Electrostatic Washable Filters
The Air Filters Inc.’s Lifetime: Washable Electrostatic, also known as the EZ-2000 is manufactured with two layers of polypropylene filter media with a bonded polyester internal lining that is assembled in a heavy-duty aluminum frame, with expanded metal on the air entry and exit. The LifeTime/EZ-2000 washable filter is interchangeable with a standard 1-inch pleated disposable filter and can be washed for use again and again!
How do Electrostatic Air Filters Work?
Electrostatic air filters are statically charged from air passing through the static prone fibers; generating static electricity that attracts and holds dust, pollen, dust mites, and dander until rinsed clean.

- Media consists of woven monofilament and two layer bonded blue/white HP44 polyester.
How do you clean Electrostatic Air filters?
Our electrostatic filters are sold in pairs for easy cleaning and installation. Instead of waiting for your filter to dry after cleaning, you can insert your spare filter and begin running your HVAC system again. To clean your electrostatic filters, try our specially formulated Filter Cleaning Spray that not only cleans but also protects and extends the life of the filter.
It is recommended that you wash your electrostatic furnace filters every 3 months, and by doing so, they should be reusable and last up to 5 years. They are designed with a heavy-duty aluminum frame, two layers of special propylene weave on the front and back, with a unique poly internal lining.
