- Standard sized filters ship within 24 business hours
- Non-standard sizes leave in 7-14 days
Shipping Lead Time: We make every attempt to ship products sooner than listed above. However, there are times that we experience a high volume of sales during certain seasons that may delay your order.
Attention Consignee: Before accepting this shipment, count the number of the cartons and note any shortage and/or damage on the freight bill Before Signing it. Inspect all the cartons right away. If there are any concealed damages, hold the merchandise and all packing material at your receiving area. You must report any damages with 24-hours after delivery.
Report any damages to the delivering carrier and obtain an inspection report within 15 days in order to file a freight claim. Do not return any merchandise to the original shipper. Please be sure to follow these instructions in order to avoid a delay or be denied a freight claim. No credit will be given for damaged freight.

E-mail address will only be used to acknowledge receipt of your order and will not contain your credit card information. A reminder will also be sent when it is time for you to reorder.

Return Policy
- Written authorization and an RMA number(s) from Air Filters, Inc. must be obtained before returning any material.
- Air Filters, Inc. reserves the right to refuse delivery of any material returned without prior authorization and an RMA number.
- Upon inspection and acceptance a credit will be issued at the invoice price, less 20% restocking charge.
- All RMA's must be returned within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
Customers must send a written request to cancel any order. This request must be received and accepted by AFI. All direct and indirect costs incurred will be due and payable by the customer at the time of cancellation. These costs will be determined utilizing consistently sound cost accounting principles.
Standard Inventory Items:
- Standard or stock inventory items may be cancelled at no charge if an order has not been entered.
- If an order has been entered but not yet shipped, a 20% fee will be charged for cancelling the order.
Custom or Special Items:
- Cancellation of a custom or special order will be subject to a fee. This will be determined based on any costs, expenses, and overhead incurred for work performed though date and time the cancellation was received in writing.
*AFI may assess a larger cancellation fee in certain instances. For example, if special material was ordered for this particular order.
