Chemical Media Scrubber

Engineered to absorb high concentrations of VOC gases generated from refineries, mills, chemical plants, smelters, and many other corrosive, and harsh environments. These units are designed to deliver “G1” air to the environment it is protecting as defined by the environmental standard set by the International Society of Automation (ISA). Manufactured to meet your specific specifications and is available as a recirculation unit, pressurization unit, or deep bedside access housing.

Aire-Loc™: Recirculation Scrubber

A free-standing unit designed for environments where fumes and corrosive gases contaminate electrical equipment, servers, and computers. The self-contained unit reuses and filters the air through the chemical gas-phase and particulate filters. The unit is powered by an industrial plug fan with an airfoil aluminum wheel. Available in sizes from 500 CFM to 3000 CFM, in both single pass and double pass banks.

 Aire-Loc™: Pressurization Units

Filter both the recirculated air inside and the contaminated air that is brought in from outside. The damper balances and controls the intake of outside air to ensure the space is properly pressurized. The Pressurization Unit uses both the chemical media filters and particulate filters. Available in a single pass and double-pass configuration. Horizontal and customization is available upon request.

A dry scrubber using granular media made of carbon and potassium to effectively remove and “scrub” the air of harmful pollutants. Designed to be installed outside of the area it is protecting, this allows it able to be retrofitted for environments where HVAC or air purification equipment isn’t already in place. Ideal refineries, gear rooms, steel mills, pulp/paper mills, wet wells, data centers, corrosive environments and more!
