FEATURES

The Air Filters, Inc. line of bulk air filter media offers a large selection of Synthetic and Fiberglass media for virtually every application. Both synthetic and fiberglass bulk media are available in Residential, Commercial and Industrial grades with a wide selection of standard and special size widths. All air filter media bulk rolls are packaged and protected in a heavy duty plastic bag to eliminate contamination and damage during transit. The popular service or hammock rolls are packaged in a heavy duty cardboard dispenser box, which allows quick cutting and provides clean storage for future use.

Applications

Air Filters, Inc. has a complete line of synthetic and fiberglass bulk air filter media available in standard and special size widths. Air Filters, Inc. bulk media can be utilized as the primary filter or pre-filter to more expensive secondary filters. The Air Filters, Inc. line of bulk media are proven performers and manufactured to exact specifications to assure consistent performance.

CONSTRUCTION

Synthetic / Polyester: Air Filters, Inc. synthetic bulk media shall be 100% non-woven polyester fibers, bonded together with a flame retarding agent which forms a high loft of resilient fibers. The media shall be either single or multi-ply grade and shall be dry or treated with a non-toxic, non-migratory, odorless adhesive that is incorporated into the media. Each grade of synthetic media is specifically engineered for a variety of dust loading applications.

Fiberglass: Air Filters, Inc. fiberglass bulk air filter media shall consist of a continuous filament fiberglass of graduated density to ensure depth loading. The air leaving side of the media shall incorporate a skin backing which support the media and creates a final filtration stage. All Air Filters, Inc. fiberglass media, except for the Paint Arrestor media which is dry, shall be treated with a non-toxic, non-flammable, odorless adhesive. Each grade of fiberglass media is specifically engineered for a variety of dust loading applications.

Carbon Rolls: Air Filters Inc. carbon rolls are made of non-woven polyester, and is impregnated with finely ground activated carbon. This media is ideal for use in non-vented applications such as rangehoods, air cleaners, room air-conditioners, or anywhere you are looking to remove odors.

Hog Hair: Air Filters Inc. Hog Hair washable air filter media is manufactured from a select blend of many fine interconnected natural fibers that are spun into a high loft, depth loading, fiber maze. The fibers are fully bonded together and firmly locked upon a rigid scrim net backing using a special binder. By both design and manufacture, the media is rigid and highly resilient.
