The custom air filter housing is engineered to provide a rugged and durable 1 piece unit. It is completely factory assembled, ready for immediate installation when received at the job site. Unit sizes can range from any size needed for what is required.

Side Access Vee-Bank Filter Housing
V-bank filter housings (SAVB's) are designed to hold a single stage of filtration
Air Filters, Inc. V-bank filter housings (SAVB's) are designed to hold a single stage of filtration.
The SAVB housing is arranged in a “V” configuration to double the face area of filter media
without increasing the cabinet footprint.
Unit is offered in one depth, 30”, to accommodate a 2” OR 4” deep pre-filter in a low pressure “V”
shaped filter arrangement.
Side Access Standard Filter Housing
Air Filters, Inc. Standard filter housings (SASH's) are designed to hold two stages of filtration. Each
housing shall accommodate a 2” OR 4” deep pre-filter and a bag OR rigid final filter with a 1” header.
Units are offered in three housing depths, 22-1/4”, 34-1/4”, and 42”.
Side Access Flat Filter Housing
Air Filters, Inc. Flat bank filter housings (SAFB's) are designed to hold a single stage of filtration.
Each housing shall accommodate a 2” OR 4” deep pre-filter.
The housing are intended for new and replacement applications.
Side Access Double Flat Filter Housing
Air Filters, Inc. double flat bank filter housings (SADF's) are designed to hold two stages of
filtration. Each housing shall accommodate a 2” OR 4” deep pre-filter and a 2” OR 4” final filter.
Units are offered in three housing depths to fit your needs, 9”, 11”, and 13”. Housing depths are
determined by the pre and final filters that are required per applications.
Side Access HEPA Bolt-Lock Filter Housing
Air Filters, Inc. "Bolt-Lock" HEPA housings (SAHB's) are designed for final OR two stage filtration.
Each housing is available to accommodate a 2" or 4" deep pre-filter and a 12" deep box style HEPA
filter.
Units are offered in three standard housing depths, 22-1/4" , 26-1/4", and 28-1/4". The Bolt-Lock
consist of four positive pressure swing arms with spring loaded clip locks that apply pressure on filter
by compressing the gasket against the filter's frame keeping the filter tightly sealed.
Side Access HEPA Crank-Lock Filter Housing
Air Filters, Inc. "Bolt-Lock" HEPA housings (SAHB's) are designed for final OR two stage filtration.
Each housing is available to accommodate a 2" or 4" deep pre-filter and a 12" deep box style HEPA
filter.
Units are offer in three standard housing depths, 28" , 32", and 34". A hand cranking action drives four
spring loaded plungers, applying pressure on filter compressing the gasket against the filters frame
keeping the filters tightly sealed.
Front Load HEPA Grid Assembly
Air Filters, Inc. Front Load HEPA Grid offers a simple solution for high efficient AHU or field HEPA
installations. Its unitary design eliminates the need for individually banked filter holding frames.
The Bolt-Lock consist of four positive pressure swing arms with spring loaded clip locks that apply
pressure on filter by compressing the gasket against the filter's frame keeping the filter tightly sealed.
Diffuser Section
Air Filters, Inc. Diffuser section are used to remove turbulence from forced air flow
conditions and evenly distribute air throughout the system.
Astro Fan Pack Unit (Package Filter and Fan Unit)
Air Filters, Inc. offers twelve (12) Astro Fan Pack units in single and multiple
stage filter configurations to help with all variety of air pollution.
The Astro Fan Pack are used in many different types of applications from
manufacturing plants, laboratory environments, and a variety of different
environments.
